Cable companies
So I decided not to rant about this, just let everyone know that what my day consists of. Today Tyler and I are waiting for Time Warner to bring us a HD DVR box. They will be here between 7am and 7pm........YUP.......12 hour window....... on the plus side, they did tell me that it would be today.

not really surprising.....i've done it too. but when they want to be paid they don't accept a 'window' of when it MIGHT happen.......
the worst is waiting all day only to have him not show up because he was behind and you gotta do it all over again.
